Exercise can make you active physically while lowering your blood sugar and help you maintain a healthy muscles.

A medical disorder known as prediabetes often precedes type 2 diabetes. Unlike diabetes, it can be cured. Prediabetes may go unnoticed as it may have no obvious symptoms.
